Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, participate in and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions (e.g., CPR).
• Mentor and educate patients and families about conditions and discharge plans.
• Engage in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Comply with all policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
