Job summary

Anders Group is hiring a Travel ICU RN in ORO VALLEY, AZ for a 13-week assignment. You will provide bedside nursing care in the ICU, develop and update patient care plans, and collaborate with physicians within a hospital setting.

The travel role offers 3x12-hour shifts, competitive weekly pay, housing and meal stipends, travel reimbursement, comprehensive insurance, 401(k), licensure reimbursement, and referral bonuses. Start date: 08/31/2026.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICU experience preferred.
• AZ RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside ICU nursing care.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
