Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse for ICU on a seasonal PRN basis. The role involves coordinating high-quality care, educating patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Requires RN license, Associate Degree, ACLS/BLS within 30 days, and 1+ year ICU experience. Expect 72 hours per pay period and some weekend/holiday coverage during the seasonal period.

Formación

• ACLS may be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS may be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license/registration in the relevant state.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• 1+ year ICU experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in ICU.
• Perform procedures, monitor patients, and document care in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans and follow-up.
• Promote evidence-based practices and ongoing quality improvement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and manage care.
