Qualifications

• Current RN license with state registration.
• ACLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about condition, plan and medications.
• Engage with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Promote evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement.
