Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for our ICU as seasonal temporary roles running October 2026 through March 2027. We offer exceptional pay and a bonus for successful completion. Qualified RNs are encouraged to apply.

As a Staff RN, you’ll deliver patient-centered care, perform assessments, and support treatment across the continuum on assigned units. You may float to related facilities within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley

Qualifications

• One year ICU experience required.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Must hold a California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke certifications required.
• Seasonal, temporary assignments from October 2026 through March 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care, assessments, and collaborative treatment on assigned units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains as part of the care plan.
• Float to Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on needs with orientation provided.
