Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is seeking experienced Seasonal Registered Nurses for its ICU. The roles are temporary, from October 2026 through March 2027, with exceptional pay and a completion bonus.

RN staff will provide comprehensive patient care, assessments, and treatments on the ICU unit, following all policy, regulatory, and hospital standards while upholding the hospital's core values and mission.

Qualifications

• One year ICU experience required.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• California RN license (current).

Responsibilities

• Provide care on assigned ICU unit.
• Perform assessments, treatments and care across the continuum.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains.
• Follow hospital policies and core values and participate in hospital mission.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
