Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital is seeking experienced Seasonal Registered Nurses for our Surgery unit. These temporary assignments run October 2026 through March 2027. Rancho Springs Hospital offers exceptional pay and a completion bonus for the assignment.

Qualified RNs are encouraged to apply. Staff RNs provide patient-centered care across the continuum, with emphasis on assessments, treatment, and postoperative care, while adhering to hospital policies and core values.

Qualifications

• One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility
• Registered Nurse with current California RN license
• Current BLS certification - American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification - American Heart Association
• NIHSS Stroke Cert
• Must work at least one holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s
• Must be scheduled for no less than four shifts per pay period

Responsibilities

• Staff Registered Nurses provide excellence in patient care and collaborate for comprehensive care based on patient and family needs
• Provide assessments, treatment, and care on assigned units, managing pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains
• Practice in accordance with regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies and align with core values and mission
