Brasada Ranch in Central Oregon is hosting a part-time seasonal Ice Skating Rink Attendant role from November 21 through January 3. You will oversee daily rink operations, skate rentals, guest check-in, waivers, POS transactions, and on-ice safety to deliver a safe, fun skating experience.

The ideal candidate is 16+ with customer service or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a team-focused mindset. Outdoor winter work and rule enforcement with courtesy are key.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to enforce rink rules with courtesy and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information on rink operations and safety.
• Process skate rentals, admissions, and waivers using the POS system.
• Monitor rink activity, enforce rules, and address safety concerns.
• Assist with setup, opening/closing, and seasonal events.
