Qualifications

• Residential HVAC maintenance experience preferred; apprentice considered.
• EPA 608 certification required or eligible; NATE helps qualify for higher pay.
• Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops; physically capable.

Responsibilities

• Perform seasonal preventive maintenance and tune-ups on residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Complete safety and performance checks, including CO and natural gas leak testing.
• Record system readings and flag worn or failing components for the service team.
• Enroll and renew customers in maintenance and club membership plans.
• Deliver a clean, respectful, and professional experience in every home.
• Maintain truck inventory and document visits in ServiceTitan.
• Collect payments and clearly communicate system status to homeowners.
