Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and off boarding processes for employees
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
• Utilize Canva to design the monthly Employee newsletter and distribute flyers
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
• Manage the HR email to assist with employee support
• Help facilitate the planning and execution of the monthly Women’s Collective for female employees
• Attend F&B Pre-Shift meetings to inform employees about HR updates
• Collect manager signatures from departments
• Other duties as assigned
