Job summary

Palisades Tahoe is seeking a Seasonal HR Assistant to support onboarding, new hire paperwork, data entry, and related projects in a fast-paced office. This in‑person role requires weekend and holiday availability during the peak season. Applicants must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of administrative or HR experience.

Ski resort experience is preferred; strong computer and communication skills are essential. Base hourly pay range: $18.68 - $24.28 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months administrative or HR experience and/or training.
• Preferred: experience in the ski resort industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new employees and completion of new hire paperwork.
• Data entry for new hire and returning staff; maintain HRIS records.
• Respond to employment questions and provide excellent internal service.
• Support payroll and employee housing admin as needed.
