Job summary

Gunstock Mountain Resort is seeking a Seasonal HR Assistant for the 2026/27 winter season. You will support Employee Services, coordinate onboarding, and assist with recruitment activities to create a welcoming workplace and smooth seasonal operations.

The role blends administrative duties with significant face-to-face interaction across all resort areas, including orientation, records management, and event support as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and HRIS/ATS systems.
• Strong customer service and a friendly, professional communication style.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy seasonal environment.
• Comfort handling confidential information and employee records.

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Services Office with greeting employees and handling routine questions.
• Assist with distributing and tracking staff IDs, passes, vouchers, payroll checks, and uniforms.
• Help with HR tasks: data entry, filing, communications, and confidential document management.
• Coordinate seasonal onboarding, orientation, and check-ins for new hires.
