Job summary

Under Canvas is seeking a Housing Coordinator for the West Yellowstone location. The role oversees on-site employee housing assignments, ensures units are maintained, and coordinates room changes throughout the season. You will drive a shuttle van and help create a comfortable staff travel and housing experience.

This seasonal, hourly position may include team member housing during employment. Strong communication, adaptability, and proactive problem solving are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least one year of experience managing projects.
• Property or facilities experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Solutions-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain composure, take action, are resourceful, and solutions-minded in unpredictable situations such as weather, guests, or incidents on property.
• Be empathic to team members’ needs and provide consistent, timely communication regarding housing assignments and shuttle service.
• Prioritize and deliver critical, accurate, and relevant information to the right people.
• Be an active listener, build relationships, and be an approachable co-worker.
• Develop and distribute a Housing Booklet detailing housing expectations and communication lines.
• Coordinate housing assignments for team members throughout the season starting mid-April.
