Job summary

Arapahoe Basin is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician in Dillon, CO. The role covers preventive and repair work across facilities, including carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile and painting.

You’ll work under the Facilities Manager and senior techs to keep the mountain’s buildings safe and functional. The position requires a high school diploma (preferred) and experience in trades, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, plumbing and heating, electrical, and masonry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive building maintenance and repair various issues.
• Assist with carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile/carpet, and painting.
• Maintain inventory, safety, and coordinate with Facilities Manager.
