Job summary

Snow Summit LLC is seeking a Seasonal Housing Attendant to support the daily operations of employee housing at Big Bear Mountain Resort. You will assist with basic maintenance and tenant relations, ensuring units are clean and ready for occupancy.

Starting wage is $20.75–$22.84 per hour, commensurate with experience. Join a team at Southern California’s iconic mountain resort offering alpine activities and employee benefits. Employment is contingent on background check and successful onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist Housing Supervisor with daily operations of employee housing properties and basic maintenance.
• Ensure housing units are clean, ready for occupancy, and handle tenant comments and requests.
