Mammoth Mountain Inn, operated by Alterra, seeks a Seasonal Housekeeping Supervisor in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will oversee housekeeping operations, coordinate with other hotel departments, and motivate staff to achieve high levels of efficiency and guest satisfaction.

This role requires leadership with at least 2 years supervising a team of 10+, plus strong communication skills in English and Spanish. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred and a four-year college degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience supervising a housekeeping staff of at least 10 employees.
• Four year college degree preferred.
• Strong work ethic and communication with guests, employees and management.
• English and Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations at Mammoth Mountain Inn.
• Coordinate activities with hotel departments to ensure service quality.
• Motivate staff to achieve efficiency, productivity, and guest service goals.
