Denali Universal Services is seeking reliable Seasonal Housekeepers for winter camp operations on Alaska's North Slope. You will maintain clean living and common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming camp environment.

The role offers seasonal work with competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and a rotational 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off schedule, including flights between Anchorage and the job site and free housing and meals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, offices, and common areas
• Make beds and change linens and towels
• Clean and sanitize bedrooms and bathrooms
• Vacuum, sweep, dust, and mop floors
• Empty trash and take to disposal areas
• Restock room and bathroom supplies
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
• Work with a team to complete daily tasks
• Assist with other camp service duties as needed

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking reliable Seasonal Housekeepers for winter camp operations on Alaska's North Slope.

Housekeepers help maintain clean, sanitary, and comfortable living and common areas for camp residents and play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and professional camp environment.

• Work Location: Remote camp, North Slope, Alaska
• Season: Approximately mid-January through mid-April (depending on weather conditions)
• Rotational Schedule: 3 weeks on /3 weeks off; 12-hour shifts
• Weekly Hours: Approximately 84 hours per work week (40 straight hrs + 44 overtime hrs)
• Travel: Company-arranged and paid flights between Anchorage and the job site
• Room & Board: Provided at no cost while working in camp
• Point of Hire: Anchorage, Alaska

JOB DUTIES

• Clean and service guest rooms, offices, and common areas

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to work away from home for three consecutive weeks
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
• Able to perform physical work during 12-hour shifts
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Able to manage time and complete tasks efficiently
• Customer-service oriented
