As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our club facilities, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for members and guests.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and other club facilities. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas. Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures. Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisor. Uphold Highlands Country Club’s high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed during the summer season. Exhibit ability to learn and apply new skills; require minimal supervision; use resources effectively. Establish and maintain effective relations; exhibit tact and consideration; offer assistance and support to co-workers; work cooperatively in group situations. Observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.
Education And/or Experience
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
