The Hermès Aventura Boutique seeks a Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate to provide front and back-of-house clerical support in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will greet clients, assist with beverages, and help the sales team with stock and merchandising, while maintaining impeccable service standards.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, strong communication, and exceptional customer service are essential as you contribute to an elevated client experience in a designated Holiday season

Responsibilities

• Assist beverage service to clients per brand standards; stock beverages.
• Provide hospitable services (e.g., coloring books for kids).
• Support sales team with merchandising: hang, return, stock, prep of stock room.
• Maintain workstation and selling floor cleanliness and item stock levels.
