• Able to operate POS and ticketing systems and handle food/beverage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Uphold extraordinary customer service for all guests.
• Answer questions about programs, exhibitions, events, policies, gardens and buildings.
• Proficient in POS and ticketing systems.
• Cross-train on Guest Services functions and serve as relief staff.
• Assist with food and beverage tasks and ensure quality.
• Stock inventory, clean station, and manage leftovers.
