Job summary

Coastal Farm in Indiana is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for a 120-day assignment. You will provide excellent customer service, greet shoppers, answer questions, and help locate products while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include processing sales, signage, pricing, merchandising, housekeeping, and basic POS operations. You will collaborate with teammates, assist in other departments when needed, and help ensure loss prevention and safe store operations.

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly.
• Familiar with how to operate a computer system and email.
• Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer customer questions, and help customers find products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain radio communication with associates.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Coastal Farm products.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge information and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning and general department upkeep.
• Other duties as needed.
