The Seasonal Hospitality Associate at Caruso delivers elevated guest experiences across Caruso Signature programs during the holiday season. You will assist with events, loyalty support, and VIP guest interactions, ensuring seamless service and personalized touches.

You will coordinate tree lightings, Santa experiences, and activations, respond to service desk tickets, and help maintain SOPs for concierge and guest services, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The Seasonal Hospitality Associate plays an important role in delivering an elevated guest experience throughout the holiday season. This position supports the Caruso Signature loyalty program and hospitality operations by providing luxury service, coordinating events, and creating personalized guest interactions. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, thrive in dynamic environments, and excel at crafting memorable moments for every guest.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and guest engagement for seasonal events, including tree lightings, Santa experiences, and other holiday activations.
• Monitor and respond to service desk tickets, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolutions for loyalty members and VIP guests
• Collaborate with the Hospitality team to refine and document concierge standard operating procedures, with emphasis on holiday services and elevated guest expectations
• Coordinate and support personalized visits for top-tier loyalty members, including pre-arrival planning, on-site hosting, and post-visit follow-up
• Manage logistics for Christmas tree experiences, including pre-arrival organization and on-site concierge communication.
• Deliver warm, professional service through greetings, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving. Maintain deep knowledge of property offerings and seasonal activations
• Conduct test purchases and program audits to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and overall success of the Caruso Signature platform.
• Prepare monthly reports highlighting top Caruso Signature members, member engagement trends, and outreach recommendations.
• Develop and maintain monthly Caruso Signature resident engagement reports.
• Create Resident monthly report for Caruso Signature members
• Assist with the selection, coordination, and fulfillment of VIC, VIP, and top-spender recognition gifts.
• Coordinate Caruso Signature reward experiences, including Rosewood Miramar Beach stays, LACMA tickets, and other member-exclusive offerings.
• Review gift card reconciliation reports daily for all properties and assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support member recognition initiatives and surprise-and-delight opportunities to enhance loyalty, engagement, and the overall guest experience.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

SCHEDULE:

This position typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with additional evening, weekend, and holiday event support required during peak seasonal periods. Schedule flexibility is essential, as hours may vary based on business needs, special events, guest programming, and operational priorities. Candidates should be prepared to support holiday activations and member events as needed
