Shine of Tysons is seeking team members for a seasonal position involving holiday lighting installations and cleaning services in Charlotte, Arkansas. Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and climb a ladder up to 75 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights and be willing to work at height daily.
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with the team to review the day’s game plan.
• Drive the Shine vehicle to customer sites and perform holiday lighting installations and cleaning services.
• Perform quality-assurance checks and maintain service standards.
• Recap daily at the office and prepare for the next assignment.
• Work Saturdays during busy season.
