Job summary

Two Bettys Green Cleaning is seeking a Seasonal Residential Cleaner to join our mission-driven team serving clients in Minneapolis. This non-exempt role offers hands-on cleaning with flexible November–January schedule, averaging about 35 hours per week.

You will provide exceptional customer service, clean homes with our approved products, and commute between job sites within the service area. Pay starts at $19.00+ per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with field service software is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication is required.
• Positive, proactive work habits and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Clean client homes using approved products and methods.
• Commute between job sites within the service area.
• Maintain client security protocols at every account.
• Report incidents and issues to the Service Manager promptly.
