Job summary

Two Bettys Green Cleaning is seeking a Seasonal Residential Cleaner to join our mission-driven team serving clients in Minneapolis. This non-exempt role offers hands-on cleaning with flexible November–January schedule, averaging about 35 hours per week.

You will provide exceptional customer service, clean homes with our approved products, and commute between job sites within the service area. Pay starts at $19.00+ per hour, based on experience.

Job Type: Non-exempt

Pay: $19.00+/hour Based On Experience

The Hours:

At least 35 hours per week, within given availability. Residential cleans are conducted Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm.

This position is planned for November through mid-January. The only scheduled time off is the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Otherwise the expectation is to work all scheduled shifts.

The Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Tasks and responsibilities associated with this position include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Clean client homes using techniques and products provided by Two Bettys.
• Commute between job sites independently.
• Ensure client security protocol is followed at every account.
• Report all incidents and issues to Service Manager immediately, including but not limited to, equipment issues, breaks & damages, security issues, scheduling needs, time off requests, etc.
• Conduct cover cleans based on availability given.
• Communicate with Service Manager if bid times are inaccurate.
• Keep a consistent schedule and communicate availability updates in a timely manner.
• Report to Service Manager regarding, but not limited to, schedule changes, time off requests, support/training needs, etc.
• Participate in regular 1:1 meetings with Service Manager.
• Visit Refill station as scheduled.
• Infuse Two Bettys core values into all work communications, processes, and procedures.
• Contribute and problem solve as the position grows and evolves.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Attend company meetings, events and model Two Bettys company values and mission is expected.
• Be positive and proactive in collaborating and finding solutions as issues arise.

The Work Environment:

This role will consist of field work at clients’ homes. This role must have the ability to commute between client locations anywhere within our Service Area.

The Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds safely.
• Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day in physically demanding job.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop, crawl, climb step stool, etc. in an 8 hour day while providing field support.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time (driving/commuting) between account locations.
• Near visual acuity and fine motor dexterity skills for using smart .phones to fulfill administrative responsibilities.
