Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead at White Marsh Mall to support Santa photo sets and lead the team during shifts. You will assist with photos, welcome families, and ensure daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced holiday environment.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and ability to handle cash transactions. On-site work with opportunities for growth within the holiday season and beyond.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do:
