Cherry Hill Programs in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to support our Santa photo sets at Mondawmin Mall. You’ll lead the team, greet families, assist with photos and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

This part-time seasonal role offers flexible scheduling, on-site training, opportunities to develop leadership skills, and same-day pay options. Photography experience is not required, but a positive attitude and strong guest service matter.

Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (Photography experience not required).
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do:
