Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead at White Marsh Mall to guide the Santa photo experience, supervise frontline staff, and ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

You’ll manage guest greetings, supervise photo sessions, and help train team members while delivering warm, high‑quality service. This part-time role offers flexible hours, on-site work, and opportunities to return for future seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing duties at the venue.
• Lead by example and enforce policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Operate POS and photography equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Good interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
