Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead for Tysons Corner Center. You will help manage Santa photo sets, greet families, assist with photos, and keep operations running smoothly during peak season. The role emphasizes warmth, leadership, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Ability to lift and carry light to moderate loads.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or management when needed.
• Assist with training and recruitment as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escape to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during "peak" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
