Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead for Springfield Town Center in Springfield, VA.

As a Shift Lead, you will guide the team on Santa photo sets, welcome families, assist with photos, and ensure daily operations run smoothly to create a joyful holiday experience. You will lead by example, handle opening/closing duties, troubleshoot issues, train staff, and operate the POS and photography gear while delivering memorable guest service.

What You'll Do:

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalates to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
