Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Potomac Mills. You’ll welcome families, engage with children, and help create memorable Santa photo experiences, while delivering friendly guest service on site.

The role offers flexible scheduling, same day pay options, and growth opportunities within our souvenir photography division. Candidates should be at least 16, able to lift up to 25 pounds, and enjoy a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

Qualificações

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What You’ll Do:
