Cherry Hill Programs in Woodbridge, VA is hiring a Sales Associate/Photographer to welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical Santa moments. No photography experience is required; training is provided to help you create memorable keepsakes for guests.

You will operate a POS system, deliver friendly, festive service, and help ensure a smooth photo experience from start to finish. This seasonal, part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a fun, fast-paced team environment

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent guest service, communication and teamwork.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Cash handling and POS experience encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you'll help create excellent experiences on our Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing magical holiday moments they'll remember for years to come. What You'll Do

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
