Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge, VA. You will lead the Santa photo set operations, welcome families, and help keep daily activities running smoothly during peak holiday hours.

You’ll bring warmth, leadership, and energy to the shift, guiding a team and ensuring guests have a joyful experience. This role is part-time with flexible scheduling and opportunities for future seasons.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
