Cherry Hill Programs Inc. at Dolphin Mall in Miami is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer to welcome families and capture magical Santa moments, delivering warm, memorable guest experiences.

You will engage with children and families, support a joyful photo experience from start to finish, and help operate POS and photography equipment in a fast-paced, festive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and good hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs; photography experience not required.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure smooth photo operations.
• Engage with children and families in a friendly, festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.

As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you’ll help create excellent experiences on our Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing magical holiday moments they’ll remember for years to come. What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during "peak" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
