Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager at Miller Hill Mall to lead a team in delivering memorable Santa experiences and photo services. You will drive daily operations, schedule staff, and ensure top-notch guest service throughout the holiday season.

You will manage photo operations, train staff, and collaborate with venue partners. The role requires 18+ years, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week, with additional hours as business needs require.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in retail or hospitality (nice to have).
• Experience with scheduling, training, coaching, and developing team members (nice to have).
• Experience managing operations across multiple venues (nice to have).

• Resolve guest concerns and ensure positive experiences.
• Manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
