Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager for Capital City Mall. You will lead daily photo operations, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure each family enjoys a memorable Santa visit and outstanding guest experiences during the holiday season.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, oversee operations, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with venue partners to ensure smooth performance and security of equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week, with additional hours as business needs require.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
