Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Lehigh Valley Mall to help lead the seasonal team in delivering outstanding guest experiences and photo operations.

You will support store opening/closing, scheduling, training, and staffing while ensuring excellent service during peak periods. Role emphasizes leadership, cash handling, and the ability to motivate staff in a fast-paced, family-friendly retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling and training.
• Assist Local Manager in coaching and developing seasonal staff.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and follow senior management procedures.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
