Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for Dolphin Mall to lead a team during peak season. You will oversee daily photo operations, drive sales, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest service from start to finish.

The role requires 18+ years old, strong communication and organizational skills, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Assist with opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable keepsakes.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce senior-management procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
