Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, located at Treasure Coast Square in Jensen Beach, FL, seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager to support the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, and ensure a memorable photo experience for families during the holiday season. You’ll help with daily photo operations, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure guest satisfaction from start to finish.

This role requires 18+ with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and offers growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable cash handling and sales skills.
• Ability to lead a team and make decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values.
• Assist opening-day preparations including staffing and inventory.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with scheduling, training, and recruiting.
