Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to partner with the Local Manager in delivering magical holiday memories.

You’ll support daily photo operations, develop a seasonal team, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure outstanding guest experiences from start to finish. You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, manage scheduling and training, and help resolve guest concerns while promoting a positive workplace aligned with our safety and quality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make decisions.
• Available for pre-season training and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Assist with opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce established procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
