Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to join our team this season. You will support the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, overseeing photo operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences during Santa visits.

You’ll help with hiring, training, scheduling, and daily store operations while ensuring a positive, safe, and fun environment for families and staff. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Minimum 20 hours per week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment upholding company values.
• Assist opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce senior management procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
