Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for The Shoppes at Carlsbad to lead a festive guest experience, drive sales, and coach a temporary team during the busy season.

You will support daily photo operations, assist with scheduling and training, and ensure exceptional guest service from start to finish while maintaining operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment.
• Assist opening-day preparations including staffing and scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Photography experience not required.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce company procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and training.
