Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager at Southlands to lead a small team delivering memorable Santa experiences and fast‑paced guest service. You will oversee daily photo operations, train staff, and ensure high standards of sales performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires weekend availability and a flexible schedule. This position offers part‑time hours with competitive pay and opportunities for future seasonal work within our holiday photography division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a retail or service team is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team‑focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
• Drive sales, cash handling compliance, and team performance.
• Verify deposits and financial paperwork.
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Support operations with seasonal setup and teardown.
