Job summary

Shine Window Care is hiring a seasonal, part-time installer through mid-December for Holiday Lighting projects. You’ll work alongside a Crew Leader, traveling to homes or businesses to install services and may assist with other tasks. Paid training is provided, no prior experience required.

Shine provides uniforms, equipment, and a Shine vehicle, with all gear supplied. The team-focused culture supports safety and quality service during the busy holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and climb a ladder – up to 75 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights, and be willing to work at height every day.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Each day, meet with the team to understand the day’s plan.
• Ride in Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses with a Crew Leader and perform services, mainly Holiday Lighting.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure service standards.
• End your day back at the Shine office to recap and prepare for the next assignment.
• Seasonal position with commitment through mid-December.

• Paid training – learn a valuable trade, advancing your skills, and get paid while doing so. Even if you don’t have experience, it doesn’t matter – we’ll train you!
• Vehicles are provided for you, so no using your own gas.

• You’ll ride in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (with a Crew Leader) and perform our services. This position will primarily perform Holiday Lighting Installations, but may occasionally assist a Crew Leader with cleaning services (such as gutter cleaning, etc.).
• You will perform quality assurance checks to ensure service standards. Attention to detail is a must!
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap and prepare for the next assignment.
• This is a seasonal position. Commitment is through mid-December in preparation for the Holiday season.
