Job summary

Shine Window Care in the United States is seeking team members for a short-term seasonal role. You will travel to customers’ homes or businesses in Shine vehicles and perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and related services.

The role offers starting pay of $15–$20 per hour, paid training, supplied uniforms, equipment, and a supportive, team-focused culture. No prior experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 75 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team daily to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform services.
• Meet customers to ensure satisfaction with the day’s work.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap.
• This is a short-term seasonal role continuing until mid-December.

• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (sometimes with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
• This is a short-term seasonal role. New employees will start immediately, and need for the role will end mid-December.
