Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Local Manager to lead a team delivering memorable Santa visits and photo experiences for families. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage scheduling and staffing to keep venues running smoothly during peak seasons.

The role emphasizes team leadership, excellent guest service, and collaboration with venue partners, with opportunities beyond the season in our souvenir photography division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (from job ad).
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
