Job summary

JDA TSG is seeking Seasonal High-Volume Recruiters to join our recruiting team. You will be placed into one workstream based on your experience, strengths, and interests.

This role requires a personal computer and a reliable internet connection. You will screen resumes, conduct structured video interviews, and assist hiring decisions while maintaining organized candidate records in a fast-paced remote environment. Starting pay is $25/hour with potential for up to $26/hour and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Experience screening resumes and interviewing applicants—or similar relevant experience.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• A stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone.
• Legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.
• Comfortable on video and have a quiet, professional workspace.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
• Detail-oriented and don't mind repetitive tasks.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage stress effectively.
• A team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

Overview

We have opportunities for Seasonal High-Volume Recruiters to join our recruiting team. Our recruiting team operates across specialized workstreams, and you'll be placed into one based on your experience, strengths, and interests:

• Intro Calls – Conducting initial outreach and pre-qualification
• Application Review – Evaluating resumes and candidate qualifications
• Recruiter Screens – Leading structured video interviews
• Assessment Review – Reviewing proctored skills assessments
• Offers – Performing quality assurance reviews and managing offers

This structure allows you to focus on what you do best while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative recruiting engine. Each workstream will also flex to lead structured video interviews.
