JDA TSG is seeking Seasonal High-Volume Recruiters to join our recruiting team. You will be placed into a workstream based on your experience, conduct initial outreach, review resumes, and lead structured video interviews, all while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Overview

We have opportunities for Seasonal High-Volume Recruiters to join our recruiting team. Our recruiting team operates across specialized workstreams, and you'll be placed into one based on your experience, strengths, and interests:

• Intro Calls – Conducting initial outreach and pre-qualification
• Application Review – Evaluating resumes and candidate qualifications
• Recruiter Screens – Leading structured video interviews
• Assessment Review – Reviewing proctored skills assessments
• Offers – Performing quality assurance reviews and managing offers

This structure allows you to focus on what you do best while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative recruiting engine. Each workstream will also flex to lead structured video interviews.

***Please note this role requires the use of a personal computer.
