Job summary

JDA TSG is seeking Seasonal High-Volume Recruiters to join our recruiting team. You will be placed into one of several workstreams (Intro Calls, Application Review, Recruiter Screens, Assessment Review, Offers) based on your experience and interests, with flexibility to lead structured video interviews during peak periods.

This 100% remote position in the United States offers starting pay at $25/hour, 401k matching, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Experience screening resumes and interviewing applicants or similar relevant experience.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• A stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone.
• Legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.
• Comfortable on video and have a quiet, professional workspace.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
• Detail-oriented and don't mind repetitive tasks.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage stress.

Responsibilities

Overview

We have opportunities for Seasonal High-Volume Recruiters to join our recruiting team. Our recruiting team operates across specialized workstreams, and you'll be placed into one based on your experience, strengths, and interests:

• Intro Calls – Conducting initial outreach and pre-qualification
• Application Review – Evaluating resumes and candidate qualifications
• Recruiter Screens – Leading structured video interviews
• Assessment Review – Reviewing proctored skills assessments
• Offers – Performing quality assurance reviews and managing offers

This structure allows you to focus on what you do best while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative recruiting engine. Each workstream will also flex to lead structured video interviews.
