Next1 Labs is seeking a Part-Time Cannabis Harvester in Pueblo, CO. The role offers $21.00-22.00 per hour and a seasonal schedule of up to 45-60 days.

You will work with cultivation and post-production teams to harvest and prepare product, maintain clean work areas and adhere to SOPs. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, being 21+, valid drivers license, and ability to obtain state credentials for cannabis cultivation.

Part-Time Cannabis Harvester

Compensation range- $21.00-22.00 per hour

Seasonal - Up to 45 to 60 days

The Harvester position reports directly to both Cultivation and Post Production Management Teams. As part of both the cultivation and post-production team, a Part Time Harvester's position primary responsibilities include:

• Harvesting

• Cleaning work areas
• Assisting with bucketing events and clean-up

• Monitoring of facility systems and informing Supervisor and Manager about issues that arise
• Responsible for highest standard of cultivation work within production events
• Assist with harvest events
• Adherence to SOP's

• Adherence to all Training
• Assist Supervisors/Manager in duties as assigned
• Ensure compliance to Federal, State, and company regulations, policies, and procedures within realm of job function

Required Qualifications

This is a part time position and operational hours are dependent on the facility operations. This position may be required to work weekends and holidays.

Working conditions

This job operates in a commercial agriculture setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
• Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel for extended periods and repetitively throughout a workday
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours
• Ability to use a ladder (up to 12 ft. extension) and general hardware tools needed for common repairs

Environmental Demands

Exposure to pollen, allergens, and non-carcinogenic pesticides, dust, odors, extreme temperatures, artificial light, sun exposure, vibrations, elevated CO2 levels, and water.
